Our services and the COVID-19 coronavirus
As many of you are undoubtedly fully aware, aggressive steps have been taken by the Aruban authorities to mitigate and contain the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus in Aruba. These steps are affecting the daily operations of many businesses who themselves are adapting accordingly and preparing as best as possible for the unknown.
We want to share information about CaribMedia’s actions in this regard. The safety and health of our employees and clients is of utmost importance to us, as is our continuity of service.
Our team is constantly monitoring guidance and information from the Aruban authorities and the World Health Organization, as well as watching for decisions and actions taken by the business community.
We have instituted a mandatory work from home policy as of Tuesday, March 17th. Our physical office is closed until further notice.
Having our team work remotely is not expected to have any significant impact to our daily operations or the levels of our performance, service and support upon which you rely. However some changes will be put in place that will affect how we interact with our clients. These are:
Phones – our phone number will be monitored for voicemail only. All support requests should continue to be sent to support[AT]caribmedia[DOT]com and will go via our ticketing system as usual. Any customer service requests should continue to be sent to customerservice[AT]caribmedia[DOT]com – Email will be our primary method of communication for as long as we are working remotely.
Meetings – We will not conduct physical face to face meetings. All scheduled meetings have been cancelled for the time being. Our team members will continue to conduct internal and external meetings via video and or voice conference.
We know that, no matter how prepared we are, the situation can change rapidly. We are vigilant and ready to adapt, committed to providing you with service to the best of our abilities as much as possible under these extraordinary circumstances.
Thanks for your continuing trust and confidence. We hope you and your loved ones stay healthy and well, this needs to be everyone’s primary focus at this very challenging time.
Sincerely,
Mark Cesareo
Managing Director
