Don’t turn your back on emails just yet! Despite what you may think email is currently thriving and you will find consumers are most likely to respond to emails. Emails are the consistent choice ahead of mobile apps, social media and mobile wallets. A survey carried out by email marketing group Campaign Monitor found that well over half its respondents checked their emails more than ten times a day.
For travel and hospitality brands, the preference for emails is marked at 66%. Use this for your advantage and choose email for sending content, such as: discounts, specials, feedback surveys etc.
