We’re living in the golden age of user experience. With the current shift to mobile use it is important to adapt to consumer’s expectations accordingly. The speed at which brands are introducing compelling new experiences is only accelerating. However, it is necessary to keep the user in mind.

For marketers, that means consumer expectations are higher than ever. We are no longer competing with the best experience in our respective categories but with the best experience a consumer has ever had. It helps to think like a consumer if you want to do this right. Consumers expect certain things from brands.

There are three main things that consumers expect from brands:

  1. ‘Help me faster’
  2. ‘Know me better’
  3. ‘Wow me everywhere’
