Digital Seniors are the new group to explore!
The majority of online seniors have adapted to the digital age, not by choice precisely but more because it has become an essential part of their daily life.
Especially during the pandemic, digital platforms played a big role in keeping in touch with their friends and family and improving their health & wellness.
This has come at the expense of the time that seniors usually spend on traditional media. The media that marketers are used to relying on when they wanted to reach the older generation.
Here are three ways you can still reach them:
- Understand your consumer based on data & Insight
- Meet them where they are. Increase/Invest your budget where they are increasing their time e.g. YouTube.
- Prioritize high-value audiences instead of targeting a broad audience.
